was formed in 1992 when Lori and Lee Zajic combined their talents. This
complete designer and contractor team was created to provide exceptional
home remodeling, historic renovation and interior design.
Lee Zajic, president, C.G.R., a master craftsman, brings 30 years of experience
to the company specializing in custom finish carpentry. His eye for detail
and excellence in wood craftsmanship is apparent in your finished product.
He is involved with the Home Builders of Metro Portland and Remodelors
Council both locally and nationally. Lee is the past Chairman of the Remodelors
Council, a national Board of Directors member, and National Trustee. He
is currently serving as Vice President, and will be President of HBAMP
in 2007.
Lori Zajic, vp, C.G.R., C.A.P.S., A.S.I.D. allied, has been a professional
interior designer for 20 years.Lori was the first woman in the state of
Oregon to earn her C.G.R.(Certified Graduate Remodeler) and recently passed
her certification for C.A.P.S. (Certified Aging in Place Specialist).
Lori's training, education, and expertise in Interior Design, Kitchen
Design, and Remodeling can help you not only implement your dreams, but
also balance your functional needs and budget.
Together their extensive knowledge and experience culminates in exceptional
remodeling and design.
